AIDT4ES Sponsor and Exhibitor General Information
The U.S. Association for Computational Mechanics (USACM) Energy and Earth Systems (EE&S) Technical Thrust Area will host a workshop entitled Artificial Intelligence and Digital Twins for Earth Systems (AIDT4ES) September 22-24, 2025 at the University of Texas at Austin. USACM is a member of the International Association for Computational Mechanics, a worldwide organization with 32 affiliated organizations representing over 40 countries.
The AIDT4ES Organizing Committee is soliciting organizations interested in participating in our Sponsorship and/or Exhibitors Program. Based on abstract submissions thus far, we expect approximately 100 participants to take part in the workshop. Workshop participants are drawn from industry, academia, and government. The participants have a broad interest in computational mechanics, computational engineering and sciences, Earth science and Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning (ML). Workshop participants will be interested in viewing and discussing publications, software, hardware, and other materials, including educational, related to computational mechanics in our Exhibitor Area. We also anticipate the participation of a number of students, some of whom will be looking for employment opportunities.
At the workshop, we will have an Exhibitor Area, which will purposefully be the focus of daily activities, e.g., refreshments, registration, poster session, etc. to provide maximum traffic for our exhibitors.
Several levels of sponsorship are available, ranging in cost from $500 to $3000. More information can be found in this flyer. To apply to become a sponsor, please complete the intent form and email it to admin@usacm.org.
